If you believe content on Pixzle infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@pixzleapps.com with the subject line DMCA Notice.

Please include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
2. The full Pixzle share link of the allegedly infringing content
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We respond to complete notices promptly. Note that shared images expire after 24 hours on their own, so infringing content is usually gone before a notice reaches us.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers. Pixzle has no accounts, and we have no way to identify or block a particular uploader. What we can do is remove infringing content whenever it is reported to us, and where a pattern of infringement is apparent, consider withdrawing the sharing feature.
