Acceptable Use Policy

Pixzle lets you turn a photo into a puzzle and send it to someone. This page describes what may not be uploaded or shared. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The short version: send photos you have the right to send, of things you would be comfortable having a stranger see, to people who want to receive them.
Absolutely prohibited
Content sexually exploiting or endangering a child.
Any image depicting a minor in a sexual or sexualized context is strictly prohibited. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by United States law, and preserve the material as the law requires. There is no warning and no appeal for this.
Sexual content generally.
No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit imagery of anyone, of any age.
Violence and graphic content.
No gore, mutilation, physical abuse, cruelty to animals, or imagery of death or serious injury.
Illegal activity.
No content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates criminal activity, including illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking.
Hate and harassment.
No content promoting violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. No hate symbols. No content intended to harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate a specific person.
Non-consensual intimate imagery.
Never share intimate images of someone without their consent. This is illegal in most jurisdictions.
Images of other people without their permission.
If someone is identifiable in the photo, make sure they are okay with you sharing it.
Content you do not have the rights to.
Do not upload copyrighted images you do not own or have permission to use.
Personal information.
Do not upload images of identity documents, financial records, medical records, or anyone's private information.
Deceptive or malicious use.
No impersonation, no scams, no phishing, no attempt to use share links to distribute harmful material.
How we enforce this
Review on report. We do not currently screen uploads automatically. Content is reviewed when someone reports it, which is why the report path below matters.
Reports. Anyone who receives a shared puzzle can report it. We review every report. Our response times are published in our Content & Safety Policy.
Removal. We remove violating content from our servers. Pixzle has no accounts, so we cannot block a specific uploader from creating further shares.
Legal referral. We report illegal content to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
We apply this policy at our discretion and may remove content even where the violation is unclear, because with a service this small the cost of being cautious is low and the cost of being wrong is not.
Reporting a violation
Use the report control on a shared puzzle, or email support@pixzleapps.com with the full puzzle link and a short description of the problem.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
